April: Lent

April’s Gastronomy Week is dedicated to LENT: a solemn religious observance in the liturgical calendar of many Christian denominations that begins on Ash Wednesday and covers a period of approximately six weeks until Easter.

The menu has some of the representatives’ dishes from our gastronomy: cod with spinaches, sardines, the typical “torrijas” or the “vigil” rice, all of them with our creativity touch.
