This website may contain links to external pages. The data controller assumes no responsibility for the contents or any other aspect related to these external pages.

The data controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at its discretion or due to legal, jurisprudential, or doctrinal changes by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or relevant European authorities. Use of the website after these changes implies acceptance of them.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing personal data will be the execution of pre-contractual measures and the contract, for the following purposes:

  • Inquiry, investigation, and response to received messages.
  • Reservation and invoicing management.
  • Management of special requests communicated in the reservation.

Processing is necessary for the data controller to apply pre-contractual measures and comply with contractual obligations.

Additionally, the legal basis will be the fulfillment of a legal obligation for:

  • Reservation and invoicing management.
  • Management of allergies or food intolerances communicated by the data subject.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

The legal basis may also be the user’s consent when given for managing food preferences.

The user can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. RECIPIENTS

ANIMUA, S.A. will not communicate personal data to third parties except where legally obligated or with subcontracted third parties.

When the legal basis for the processing consists of the fulfilment of the legal obligations of the data controller, the data shall be retained for the entire period of time stipulated by the applicable law.

On the other hand, in the event that the legal basis for the processing consists of the performance of the contract and the legitimate interest of the data controller, the data shall be retained for the entire period of time necessary to fulfil these purposes.

Notwithstanding all of the above, in any case, the personal data shall be retained for the entire period of time during which liabilities may be claimed from the data controller as stipulated by the applicable law, proceeding, where appropriate, to the blocking of the data until the corresponding statute of limitations has expired.
